- Monthly Website Plans: Includes an upfront design fee of $500, followed by monthly payments. A 24-month commitment is required — however, if you need to cancel early, we’ll prorate your balance based on the work already completed. No surprises, just transparency.
- Website Maintenance, SEO, and Digital Marketing: Payment is due monthly, prior to services being rendered. This applies to SEO, social media support, and any other ongoing retainers.
- VIP Days: Choose between two monthly payments or pay in full upfront — your choice.
- Website Maintenance Additional Hours: If you exceed your monthly maintenance hours, additional time is billed at $75/hour (with a 30-minute minimum). Unused time does not roll over.
- Membership & eCommerce Site Management: Due to the additional time and technical support required, ongoing maintenance for membership and eCommerce sites is billed at a slightly higher rate.
- Hourly Rate for Additional Work: For any work outside of your selected package, we charge at an hourly rate of $75/hour.
Payments
All payments are securely processed through Moxie (CRM) using Stripe or Paypal. Monthly subscriptions are set up with auto-pay for ease and reliability.
