When the pandemic affected local tourism in the Southport and Oak Island area of Brunswick County, NC, best friends and co-owners Mimi and Sherry set out on a journey to bring their coastal craft fair charm online.
Originally under the Barefoot Design Collective brand (now Aligned Soul Design), we created a complete brand and logo, along with an eCommerce website that brought their fun, quirky vibe to a national audience.
The Challenge
Starfish Wishes needed an eCommerce platform that wasn’t just functional but also embodied the friendly, seaside spirit they bring to every craft fair. Mimi and Sherry wanted an easy-to-navigate website that expressed the warmth of their brand, allowing customers to experience the joy and playfulness they’re known for.

The Solution

In addition, we transformed their Facebook page into a business platform, quickly helping them gain 600 new followers and expanding their reach beyond Brunswick County.
